If you are interested in having Valley Investment Properties, Inc. manage your investment property; you may want to view a sample management contract. It includes the Agreement between the Owner and Valley Investment Properties, Property Information, Compensation & Fees. We do this so that you have the opportunity to read through it before meeting with us. It is during our meeting together that you will have the opportunity to ask questions, make change requests, fill out the contract in its entirey and sign it.
