Save the Cost of an Attorney for Uncontested Evictions!

We complete all of your eviction paperwork, including notices, service papers, and court documents. Execution service is also available at additional charge of $75.00 plus locksmith charges.

We provide process service at the same cost as the Sheriff's Department. Upon request, we will also confirm the tenant's occupancy status during process service(if determinable).

We represent owners/landlords at the first court appearance ($55.00 - "For filing and to appear at court").

Eviction and restitution process service is available and, unlike the Sheriff, we provide guaranteed same day service on restitutions in the Eugene/Springfield area, regardless of whether we represent you at the first court hearing ($28.00 service, plus mileage for out of area).
