  • We complete all of your eviction paperwork, including notices, service papers, & court documents.
  • Provide process service at the same cost as the Sheriff's Department. Upon request, we will also confirm occupancy status during process service (if determinable).
  • Represent Owners/Landlords at the first court appearance.
  • Offer eviction & restitution process service, and unlike the Sheriff, we provide guaranteed same-day service on restitutions in the Eugene/ Springfield area, whether we represent you at the first court hearing, or not.
  • We have a convenient drop box at the Lane County Circuit Courthouse, with our name on it, for service paperwork. Payment by check can also be left in the drop box.
  • Monthly billing is available for large accounts.
